"On our way through the Rose Galaxy we noticed one of their entities greeting us at the gate. This is not uncommon for this region of the cosmos. Generally speaking, all the entities that are allowed to transverse through this portal, have to be of kind and generous hearts. Being on the Federation Star Ship Utopia provides an extra sense of security knowing that all crew members fit that description. I'm proud to work with the Federation."
